DTSS SECTOR SHAFT NUT

Question

Q: I have a 2008 dodge 2500 and had to replace my steering gear box. I have your steering stabilizer on the truck now. When I went to install it again onto the new steering gear box the bearing nut is to small now. Did dodge upgrade their steering boxes cause I need a new bearing nut. Will this one fit on the bigger steering box?

Well, cannot say that we know for sure that the new box you have is the same as what we designed the larger Sector Shaft Nut for. These nuts were designed to fit 2009-2012 OEM gear boxes. I am aware that people are installing the later model gear boxes on some of the older trucks.
The 1994-2007 Trucks used a Saginaw Box with a 7/8"-14 Thread and the 09 and newer trucks used a 30mm Threaded Nut
